Belvar is a hotel management and development company, operating a portfolio of 14 hotels at prime locations across Europe, with 14 additional hotels scheduled to open in 2018-19. Belvar operates today 3 Courtyard by Marriott and 11 MOXY hotels in franchise agreement with Marriott International. Our team consists of experienced hoteliers, who support our real estate partner (VASTINT) within the entire process of founding and operating a brand-new hotel chain called MOXY Hotels. Marriott selected Belvar to be the first and preferred operator of MOXY Hotels, with a target of opening 150 MOXY hotels within the next 10 years.
MOXY Hotels Together with Marriott and Vastint, Belvar has developed Europe's newest hotel brand. MOXY hotels are designed to capture the rapidly emerging next-generation traveller. With currently 11 MOXY Hotels in operation and many more to open the coming years we need someone who can assist our amazing crew in order for them to focus their energy on the guests!
We therefor search for energetic, motivated and structured people to join our fun and spirited central team. Together with Marriott International we offer you the opportunity to work with a leading hospitality company with great opportunities for training and career development.
Moxy Support Agent - Handles customer inquiries, emails, invoice enquiries and any other help that is needed from the crew at the different MOXY Hotels.
You will work closely with the teams at the hotels in order to support them in order for them to focus on the guests. You need to have strong communication skills, be structured, service minded and have an understanding of hotel operations.

Job Requirements
1. High school diploma or GED; 1 years' experience in the guest services, front desk, or related professional area
2. Fluent command in English, German and Italian written and spoken.
3. Experienced in working with Opera.
4. Knowledge of the daily operations in a hotel.
5. Team player
Additional information This role is performed on a Monday Friday basis with day and evening shifts.
Weekend shifts might apply as well.
